Shipments may be held up for any number of reasons. While we try to keep the delivery time in the online store updated if there are any issues with timely shipping, unexpected delays do occur on occasion. Typically, an order takes 4-6 working days to be prepared and then shipped.
Please also note that stated shipping times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding HK Public holidays )and that our office is located in Hong Kong.
It is also possible that your order was shipped and you haven’t seen the tracking email. Check your order status on the miniDSP online store, and your spam/junk folders for the notification email.
