Sometimes it is too hard to fit all of the products into one single box so our shipping staff will divide the order into two boxes and ship them with the same tracking number. Most of the time the couriers will deliver them on separate days so please be patient if you only received one parcel. The other half of the order should be delivered to you shortly after you have received the first package.
If you indeed notice that one parcel is mentioned as lost by FedEx/DHL, please make sure to contact us by creating a support ticket with our team. We'll make sure to investigate ASAP.
