Starting from version .1.1.12 and up, our engineers added a lot of new functions to the software and in some rare scenario, depending on your configuration, it's possible for your unit to not get discovered when connected via a WIDG.
To solve the issue, please make sure to upgrade the WIDG version to v.0.9.6 found under the userdownloads here:
