Driver signing for 2x4HD/USBStreamer/DDRC-24 Print

- Back in early 2016, Windows updated their requirement for Windows signing to be SHA2 compliant. Win7/Vista used to use SHA-1 for signing which unfortunately aren't compliant with our SHA-2 signed driver.
For you to be able to install on Win7 without issues of unsigned driver, simply run the "Windows update". One of the update there will allow SHA-2 driver signed support.
- If you're running on Win8/10 runs OR running with the latest Windows updates, no need to worry, you'd have SHA2 driver support by default.
