If you're getting this error (yellow icon next to your driver), your OS is outdated and you're most likely not running the latest upgrade from Windows for SHA2 driver signing and your driver didn't install correctly.

If you want an easier solution, simply run Windows Update on your PC, it will upgrade all the latest patches accordingly.
Once done, try to install once again the miniDSP driver provided under the plugin folder.
