You can run the 2x8 plugin, which runs at 96 kHz, on the 4x10 HD. However, you will lose all but the first two input channels, and there will be fewer PQs. You will need to copy over your configurations by hand. Biquad filter files will need to be recalculated at a 96 kHz sample rate.
