Power supply for nanoDIGI 2x8

Brian Pivo — May 13, 2017 12:47AM HKT

Good evening
My nanoDIGI comes with a 5V wall-wart power supply.
The spec says it can be fed 5V - 24V DC.
Is there an optimum voltage?
I want to replace it with a linear power supply and I would like to use 12V but I will specify a different supply voltage if recommended.

Hello Brian

Sure, not a problem. You can indeed use any supply within 5-24. No optimal voltage though. :-)
That whole circuit runs on 5V max (hence why we got a 5V supply)

Hoping this info helps
