Failed delivery? Tracking number not updating?

Your parcel shipped, tracking number was emailed and you can check the status. If for any reason, there is a failed delivery and want to organize re-delivery or any custom issues with your parcel, you can easily get feedback about it as follow: 

miniDSP uses 2 types of delivery methods: EMS/Speedpost OR Fedex.
- If using EMS/Speedpost, this method will use a "network" of delivery companies in each country. USA = USPS for example. To get the delivery company in charge in your country, please use the following link: http://www.ems.post/operators.You can easily contact that company to get feedback using the tracking number we provided.
- If using Fedex, simple call to your local Fedex office (fedex.com) will be your next step.
