What do I do if there’s a fault?

In the event of a failure, here are the steps to follow:

  • Contact our technical staff using the contact us form and clearly describe the symptoms.

  • Wait to receive a return authorization (RA) number from use. If an item is shipped back to use with an RA number, miniDSP Ltd deserves the right to not process your return.

  • Once the RA number has been issued, send the item back to us. You will need to pay the shipping cost to send the item to us. miniDSP Ltd will return the repaired/replaced product back to you at our expense.
